Campaign poster calling attention to moai statues stolen from Rapa Nui. As of 2024, there are twelve known to be missing. Two are being held in the British Museum. The design of this poster came easily to me: the stark white background isolating the twelve statues, casting sharp shadows like gravestones. They have been taken from their original contexts and placed into a blank museum where they are stripped of meaning.
